At INTENSE, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location across the country.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
